Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders nationwide across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas as determined by our courier partners.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We process all orders through trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

·        Delivery time 3-5 business days

Due to public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, etc., the delivery may take up to two weeks after placing the order. Your patience in this regard will be highly appreciated. Our staff will keep you posted about your order.

3. Shipping Costs

·        Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 24,999.

·        Standard Shipping: PKR 250 for orders below PKR 25,000.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order status on our courier partner’s website.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

·        Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

·        Unexpected courier disruptions.

·        Weather conditions or public holidays.

·        Statutory holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. For lost shipments, kindly allow up to 7 business days for investigation before a resolution is provided.

8. Delivery Details

·        Deliveries are made on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

·        Courier delivers parcels between 9 AM to 5 PM.

·        When sending to more than one destination, separate orders must be placed.

·        If there is not a secure place for package delivery, you can choose to have a package delivered to your place of business. Please use the company name in the ‘Address 1’ field.

·        All parcels originate from our dispatch warehouse in Faisalabad.
